He has led regional and national teams and has worked collaboratively with colleagues around the world.
Carmelo is an Adler Trained Coach and is trained in the Living Systems Approach™, a team coaching methodology that increases collaboration and performance. As a coach, Carmelo honours his client’s agenda and recognizes each individual as creative, resourceful and whole. He is a member of the International Coach Federation.
