Natalie Poole-Moffatt is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 20 years of experience driving success across the energy, indigenous, public affairs, traditional and social media industries. She is President of Flow Communications and her extensive experience includes leading teams in strategic communications, community development, program management and media relations.
Natalie believes in the importance of building the right team and knows that by breaking down walls companies can eliminate internal discord and create a solid brand. Her success and accomplishments have come from developing strong team environments that create strategic communications programs that deliver results and are valued for forging strategic alliances, collaborating with uniquely different groups, and building consensus. Throughout her executive career, Natalie has held leadership positions with Hydro One, Woodside Energy, Apache Canada Ltd. and the Government of British Columbia.
Her broad experiences cross many communications mediums including: media, First Nations, community, government strategies for multiple large exploration and development projects. She successfully garnered government and stakeholder support for two $35B LNG mega-project, $43M gas play in New Brunswick and a $5B pipeline. Notably, she oversaw international trade missions for companies with governments in China, Japan and South Korea.
Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, and English from the University of Toronto.
