Tracey Bodnarchuk is a business leader with over 20 years’ experience in driving business and revenue objectives through marketing and business development. Her background includes developing partnerships, navigating matrix organizations, leading teams and building brands. Tracey’s passion is providing strategic contribution to revenue generation.
She has held a variety of national and regional roles with global professional services firms such as Norton Rose Fulbright LLP and Deloitte and with solution sales and marketing companies in the technology sector including SAP, J.D. Edwards, Bell Canada and Microsoft. She integrates marketing and business development to generate revenue, maximize client service and monetize the brand.
Market development is one of Tracey’s specialties. She applies data analytics, studies existing and potential revenue streams, all with an aim to identify and assess opportunities for top line growth. Armed with insight, she provides executable strategies to grow revenue.
Tracey is a change agent and has executive presence which enables her to credibly present a fresh, compelling vision. She’s dynamic and comfortable articulating the case for change in business language to executive teams. She partners with functional departments such as IT, Finance and Human Resources to bring strategy to life.

A graduate of Ryerson University with a Bachelors in Journalism, she has also completed a variety of sales, brand, content management and digital media courses and the Executive Marketing Program at Queen's University.
Tracey is an alumni of the 'Top 40 Under 40' program by Calgary’s AVENUE magazine, actively volunteers within her community and is an avid golfer and world traveller. Her significant other, Brett Rudiak, is a Captain at WestJet. They reside in Toronto, Ontario.
