He is credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and certified in Prosci, Birkman, MBTI, FIRO-B, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect®, Interview Architect®, Team Architect®, Voices® 360, Learning Agility® and as a DDI (Development Dimensions International) facilitator.
BJ is a youth sports coach, United Way volunteer, and has previously served as a YMCA Community Board Member.
