Danita Bye is a leadership and sales development expert with an award-winning track record of success at Xerox Corporation and Micro-Tech, a medical-device private equity investment. Plus, she has twenty years of visionary business consulting, enabling her S.T.E.M. clients to grow their revenues, margins, and market share.
Danita has served as a Forbes Coaches Council contributing author, a Harvard Business School MBA student’s sales coach, and a TedX speaker on Millennial Leadership.

Danita currently serves on the North Dakota Petroleum Council and is a board member of The Triple T, Inc., an oil and gas company, and TTT Minerals, LLC. She holds a master’s degree in Transformational Leadership from Bethel University. As a leadership and sales development expert, she specializes in working with leaders who are investing in emerging leaders as a key business growth or succession strategy.
