Darcy Chattell has over 20 years of experience as a senior Human Resources professional where she has supported organizations and individuals in leadership development, organizational change, and transformation through facilitation and coaching.
Her work has taken her across the Americas with experience in Canada, the United States, and Chile. She has used this experience to work with leaders and individuals in a way that encourages them to BE Bold, BE Brave, and BE You by developing new skills, taking risks, and becoming courageous leaders.
She has worked in partnership with start-ups, multinational businesses, and non-profits in a variety of sectors including natural resources, education, large commercial construction, sole proprietors, and government. She has honed her skills as an exceptional facilitator, coach, and HR professional while working with individuals, teams and in cohort-based leadership programs. She is outstanding at building relationships with individuals and across organizations that allow her to work with clients to see systemic connections and develop solutions to their challenges.
Darcy obtained her Master of Bachelor of Administration and a Strategic HR Graduate Certificate from Royal Roads University. She holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. She is also a certified DiSC Facilitator, a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and a member of the International Federation of Coaches.
