Lee is a lover of teams almost as much as food. He is a strategist, teacher, and coach combined. Lee proudly values leadership. He understands why detailed communication, training, mindfulness, kindness and clearly defined collaborative strategy makes leaders better. This leadership recipe results in improved productivity and a culture of healthy pride and by extension a team’s increased engagement. He learned the value of culture from his many years of learning, coaching, listening and acting on thoughtful suggestions made by highly engaged teams.

Lee has over forty years of hospitality, teaching, retail and board experience, most recently as the Vice President of Human Resources of one of North America's largest retail cooperatives.
