Doug is adept at developing strong internal leadership utilizing his own leadership style of personal engagement and mentoring, effective communications and building focused, committed teams. Before co-founding EnvisionPRO, Doug held an executive role at a large Oil Sands operation in Northern Alberta with successful leadership experience in financial management / regulatory reporting, supply chain management & warehousing, information systems and corporate logistics including facilities management, building leases, light vehicle fleets, small equipment management, ground transportation, security, janitorial, waste management, camp logistics and aviation.

He received the CMA Directors Award for highest provincial achievement in the national standardized accounting exam and has just recently begun Lean and Six Sigma Practitioner training. Doug is a current or past member of several professional organizations, including the Executive Financial Committee at the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP), and as a business representative with the Northern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association (NAABA).
