Brooke Westall is an executive with over twenty years of organizational and human capital experience. As a consultant, Brooke has led HR transformations, merger and acquisition integrations, executive compensation recommendations, C&MDC and board discussion, executive coaching, succession and workforce planning, leadership development and diversity equity and inclusion initiatives for companies of all sizes.
Prior to her time as a consultant, Brooke served as Vice President, Human Resources at Newfield Exploration Company where she led all talent-related activities for the company across its North American unconventional resource plays and international ventures. During her fifteen years at Newfield Brooke held various roles of leadership across all HR functions and as a Regional Administrative Manager where she also provided oversite to information technology, commercial real estate and office and records management.
Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College in Organizational Behavior and Human Development. She currently lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and two kids. Brooke is an avid sports fan and enjoys volunteering her free time to working with CEOs of non-profits across the country.
