The Coach Approach
The Envision Group (EVG) delivers one-on-one coaching for leadership and executive development. We provide the expertise of seasoned former executives and senior leaders as professional coaches. All guidelines and competencies set by the International Coaching Federation, are followed.
EVG has delivered professional coaching worldwide in-person and via online meeting technology. EVG clients feel there is benefit in having someone outside their organization that they can speak with, freely and confidentially. At Envision, each coaching engagement starts by identifying "coaching goals" that drive the best possible value for the Coachee and best results for the organization. We always recommend that goals are communicated with the Coachee's reporting leader. EVG recommends progress "check-ins" with the Coachee and the reporting leader on a frequency determined by you. All leadership and executive coaching revolve around the development of two fundamental areas of leadership effectiveness.
EVG focuses on the development of soft skills used by leaders and on the development of effective leadership systems for success and succession. We refer to the soft skills as the "bed-side-manner," including communication, leadership/executive presence, and leadership systems, including the creation of each leader's "PlayBook" (success and succession tool). Additionally, our coaching promotes skills that include strategic planning and aligning strategy up and down within your business.
