Dave Warnick

Dave Warnick has over 30 years of global human resources experience working at the executive level with large multinational industrial companies. Throughout his career, he has completed over 12 merger and acquisition projects while leading the integration of all human resources initiatives worldwide.
Dave has spent most of his career traveling and working internationally and lived with his family in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He also has expertise with organizational design and effectiveness, human resources shared services implementations, human capital management system implementations (including Workday), global compensation and benefits structures and alignment, executive compensation design, leadership and talent pipeline development, as well as employee value proposition and engagement initiatives.
Dave has previously worked with SPM Oil and Gas, a Caterpillar Company, Weir Group, Aspen Business Services, and Flowserve.
Receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University in Human Resource Management, Dave minored in Economics and completed his MBA at Utah State University. He received his coaching certificate from Coach Academy International and served as an Executive Coach for several years. He also has completed his SPHR and CCP certifications.
Dave has been actively involved in the Energy Workforce and Technology Council, previously chairing the Human Resources Committee. He has also led efforts in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion resulting in the introduction of the Inclusive Leader certification program. He currently sits on the Advisory Board and is a Liaison to the Emerging Executives Committee.
Being a member of the Board of Directors for the Nine 2 Ninety 2 Foundation for Mental Health and iinplay, provides Dave with skills and solutions for gaming communities. He is passionate about helping the current and emerging workforce to develop skills and capabilities to meet the growing needs of business and industry while providing people the opportunities to realize their ambitions.
Dave has been married for 34 years and has three children and eight grandchildren.
