Jennifer has frequently been recognized at excelling in business development, leadership, management, customer experience and sales and marketing strategy. As an awarded Corporate Culture Champion, she has a reputation for, and is passionate about shaping positive and collaborative work environments. She has a personalized, strategic and authentic coaching style that has enabled her to lead top performing and award-winning sales teams.
Having been involved with close to $1B of residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactions, her experience has been extensive. She has had nearly two decades of focus on new home sales, construction and community development, ranging from her eight years with Trico Homes, a certified B Corp and top builder in the Calgary area and seven years with Hopewell Residential, a five-time “Developer of the Year”. A versatile portfolio of business planning skills has allowed her to quickly identify areas of growth and opportunity.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Jennifer was the Vice President of National Acquisitions for Mini Mall Storage, part of the Avenue Living Group of Companies, Western Canada’s fastest growing private apartment building owner and operator.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Arizona State University where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude distinction and became a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. In addition to her time living in Arizona, she spent a considerable amount of time living and travelling abroad which has given her the ability to quickly adapt to new customs and her time teaching in Japan allowed her to assimilate to the environment and language of the country. A native English speaker, she is also fluent in Spanish.
Jennifer resides in Calgary, AB with her husband and their two school-aged daughters. When Jennifer isn’t strategizing, coaching, or spending time with her family and critters, she can be found dancing, performing, painting or trying to tackle a new hobby.
