Lee is a proven operations management professional with a significant background spanning over thirty years. In addition, another area of experience Lee possesses and excelled in is telecommunications. During his time with MCI WorldCom, he served as a project manager for the test and turn up of Nortel telecommunication systems. He directed field engineering teams in the United States and abroad. His successes included improvement of efficiencies related to project cost and on time project deliveries.
Throughout Lee’s career, he consistently analyzed internal operational metrics, data processes, and workflows to develop strategies that streamline budgets and support operational competencies, while maximizing operational safety, and regulatory compliance, which are essential to encourage proficient operations. Lee received a Bachelor of Arts and Science (BAS/Psychology), and his Master of Business Administration (MBA/Finance) from Dallas Baptist University. Lee’s greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife, grandchildren, and his beloved family dog Finley.
