Lee is a proven operations management professional with a significant background spanning over thirty years. He welcomes an opportunity to develop imminent leaders by providing leadership strategies, operational support, and guidance to personnel assigned to oil and gas field operations. Lee’s strengths include extensive operational management experience, along with an analytical approach in troubleshooting and decision-making skills. He takes pride in being a servant leader with a consistent history of mitigating risks, streamlining processes in support of improving efficiencies and reducing OPEX/CAPEX expenditures.
Lee works diligently to develop and lead highly motivated teams who are committed to delivering high quality performance, safe, regulatory compliant, environmental protection cognizant, and sustaining financial goals. His overall industry experience includes onshore and offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico, and numerous international assignments. Other proven successes include company mergers, and asset acquisition transitional processes, project management, facility commissioning, decommissioning, and maintenance.
In addition, another area of experience Lee possesses and excelled in is telecommunications. During his time with MCI WorldCom, he served as a project manager for the test and turn up of Nortel telecommunication systems. He directed field engineering teams in the United States and abroad. His successes included improvement of efficiencies related to project cost and on time project deliveries.
Throughout Lee’s career, he consistently analyzed internal operational metrics, data processes, and workflows to develop strategies that streamline budgets and support operational competencies, while maximizing operational safety, and regulatory compliance, which are essential to encourage proficient operations. He’s always taken pride in his work, by extending his support and personal commitment to his teams’ overall successes. Lee considers it significant to place high emphasis on working diligently to maintain and improve team continuity, and personnel development.
Lee received a Bachelor of Arts and Science (BAS/Psychology), and his Master of Business Administration (MBA/Finance) from Dallas Baptist University. Lee’s greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife, grandchildren, and his beloved family dog Finley.
