Matt O'Keefe

Matt is an associate coach with Envision Group and has over 15 years of corporate leadership experience. He has dedicated a large portion of his career to people development and coaching.
Matt has coached numerous individuals with companies such as the Community Credit Union, TD Canada Trust, Genivar Engineering, Schlumberger and Core Lab. Formerly a leader in the banking industry, Matt has worked in a consulting capacity in Canada, the US and overseas.
Matt works primarily with ADHD employees and leaders, mid-level to upper management, and promising high-potential executives. His expertise includes leadership development, on-boarding, maximizing internal relationships, developing high potential leadership and managing change initiatives. He is a nationally recognized leader in the techniques of action learning, a process by which individuals and teams move from dialogue and knowledge to specific measurable goals and behaviors. Additionally, Matt is completing his Coaching Designation with ADDCA and looks forward to specializing in working with people who are ADHD. A special blend of coaching and knowledge to help ADHD students, parents and business people leverage their ADHD traits.
Matt studied economics at the University of Alberta where he studied economics and is currently working on advancing his coaching capabilities and certification through ADDCA (http://www.addca.com/) where I will continue to study to meet the obligations for both the ICF and PAAC designation.
