We have carefully created a unique program that will help you gain a competitive edge over other clinics. What makes this program unique:
Below is an outline of the two programs that are spread over the course of 12 months. Members of your clinic will meet with a Practice Management Specialist twice a month for two hours at a time.
Engaging Leader Certificate Program 100
Module 1: Discover your WHY
Duration: (1 month)
In this first month, members of your clinic will meet with a Practice Management Specialist twice in intensive one-on-one sessions. As a clinic owner, you’ll dig into where you are and gain clarity on where you want to go. You’ll have an intention of what you want to accomplish by the end of this first month!
Module 2: What is your Leadership Style?
Duration: (1 month)
During the second month of this program your Practice Management Specialist will work with staff in leadership positions at your clinic in order to determine and develop their leadership style. Your leaders will learn key coaching elements to promote communication between staff and patients.
Module 3: Discover your HOW
Duration: (3 months)
For months 3-6, you and your staff will work with your Practice Management Specialist in order to develop your vision, mission, objectives, strategies and action plans. This module will help your clinic determine how you will get to where you want to go. Implementing these strategies will help your team develop a clear mission, build consensus and determine your long-term goals.
Module 4: Effective Conversations
Duration: (1 month)
During this module, your team will work with your Practice Management Specialist on how to improve your listening skills and how this makes conversations effective. These skills are imperative for your team to have when communicating with each other and with your patients! You will also learn some conflict resolution tools and conflict management best practices

Now that you know what you want and how you can get it, it is time for you and the members of your clinic to put all that you have learned into action. This module is focused on creating inspiration, overcoming any obstacles that might be preventing you from moving forward and to determining the next steps.
Module 6: Feedback
Duration: (1 month)
In this module, your Practice Management Specialist will work with your entire team on developing how your clinic gives feedback between staff and to patients. Here you will learn a feedback framework that covers giving and receiving feedback.
Module 7: Workflow
Duration: (1 month)
Here is where you, your team and your Practice Management Specialist will work together in defining the knowledge, skills and abilities required by each role in your clinic. By creating these detailed job descriptions, you will have the foundations for to effectively evaluate job performance and set goals for future success!
Module 8: Setting the Metrics
Duration: (1 month)
Now that you have all the tools and processes in place, the final step is to determine the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and how you will use these in terms of goal setting and metrics. Here you will also learn about an important tool for future goal setting called triposition planning.
