Rehana Meghani, Ph.D

Rehana is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach who specializes in the psychology of the workplace. She strives to help develop leaders, teams and individuals using solution-focused methodology such that organizations can meet and exceed their potential.
Experienced in individual assessment, measurement and evaluation, facilitation and organizational development, Rehana helps leaders identify problems, conceptualize solutions and evaluate results. She achieves this through creating supportive partnerships with executives, business owners and leaders in order to help them explore their passions, amplify their strengths and overcome obstacles.
Rehana also consults for Leadership Success Group, Work EvOHlution and is the CEO of Positive Strides. She is also the current Membership Director for the ICF Calgary Chapter.
Rehana has a PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University in New York, an MA in Psychology from the New School for Social Research in New York, a BA from MacEwan University in Edmonton, and has completed the Art and Science of Coaching from Erickson International.
